Halloween night felt a bit flat!!! The queues were ridiculously long, there barely seemed to be any actors around, and then some of the food stalls closed early?? The kids got bored way quicker than I expected, which was a shame... It just didn’t really have the fun spooky atmosphere we were hoping for!!!

It was worth the ticket price. I wasn’t totally sure going in, you know, sometimes these things can be hit or miss — but I ended up having a really good time. The experience felt fun, well put together, and like money well spent.

It rained on and off throughout the day, but it didn’t spoil things at all. The staff had a really calm, helpful attitude and kept everything moving, which made a big difference. Most of the rides stayed open, and there were plenty of places to duck into whenever the rain got heavier. I went in thinking the weather might ruin it, but the whole vibe stayed positive and we ended up having a brilliant day

Most of the rides felt safe to me, and I did have a decent time overall. That said, a few of them looked old and like they could use better maintenance. Maybe I’m just being overly cautious, but I feel like that’s something other people would notice too, right?

I ended up spending way too long walking around in circles because the layout was so confusing. A lot of the signs were either tiny or just not there, and when we asked staff, they kept sending us in different directions. It turned what should’ve been a simple visit into a really frustrating and unnecessary hassle.

It was way too crowded, and the queues felt like they went on forever. The staff seemed overwhelmed and didn’t really know what was going on, which made everything even slower. I kept thinking I should’ve gone somewhere else because it felt like I was losing both time and money just standing around

I went with my 12 and 14 year old, and they were bored fast. A couple of the rides were decent, but most of it seemed geared toward little kids. For what we paid, I expected at least a few more exciting options, or the website could’ve been clearer about what age group it’s really for. Kind of feels like they oversell it a bit. Probably fine if you’ve got younger kids, but I wouldn’t really recommend it for teens.

I had a feeling the food here would be good, the pizza kind of proved me right. It came out hot, tasted fresh, and the juice was really nice too. Nothing complicated, just a solid meal that matched the good impression I already had.

the toilets were clean and the facilities were good overall. The only thing I’d say is that it could use a bit more seating, especially when it gets busy

Ugh. The staff were rude when I visited, they didn’t seem interested in helping at all. Disappointing

Went with my brother who uses a wheelchair and overall we had a good day. The staff were really helpful, which made things easier, and most of the paths were fine. That said, there were a few bumpy bits that got annoying, and the queues could’ve been marked a lot better. We kept having to figure out where to go, which was a bit frustrating. It wasn’t terrible, just one of those things where better signs and smoother paths would really help. Still enjoyed ourselves in the end.

Getting in was really straightforward. The tickets were checked quickly, the signs were easy to follow, and... we didn’t have any confusion with the kids, which was such a relief. I’d definitely be happy to go back

We went at the weekend and I was expecting parking to be a whole thing, but it really wasn’t. There were plenty of spaces when we arrived, and the car park was close enough that we didn’t have to do that annoying long walk with the kids. Getting out afterwards was smooth too. I don’t know, it just made the whole day feel way less stressful right from the start.

We had a really good time here... there was a nice mix of rides for different ages, so everyone found something they wanted to do. Most of the attractions were open when we visited, which was a nice bonus. The kids had an awesome day and didn’t want to leave.

I tried booking tickets on Scotland's Theme Park it annoyed me more than it should have. The pages were slow to load, and I kept having to go back just to double-check what I’d selected, which got old very quickly.

The payment bit wasn’t much better either. It felt clunky, and for a minute I wasn’t even sure if the payment had actually gone through. I don’t have a lot of patience for websites that make simple things feel complicated, so by that point I was fed up.

I did get the confirmation email in the end, so it worked eventually, but it took longer than expected and wasn’t exactly a smooth experience. The whole booking process really needs to be made quicker and easier...

Had a decent day in the end. Not amazing, not bad. The opening times online just didn’t quite match up. We checked before we left. Still some bits opened later than we expected. Bit frustrating. Especially with kids. And trying to work around food times. Not the end of the world, just annoying. Would really help if they kept the site clearer and more up to date. We still had a good time, but yeah. Check twice before you go.

The kids had a great time, which is really the main thing at a birthday party. It did get a bit hectic at moments, but the staff handled most things quickly and kept everything moving. Overall, it was a good experience and worth it for how much the kids enjoyed themselves

Had a really fun day at Scotland’s Theme Park. Kids were on rides for hours, arcade was decent too. A few queues, but nothing painful. Always felt like there was something to do, which is exactly what we wanted.

I emailed before our visit and heard back after about two days. Not terrible. The reply was helpful enough, but it felt a little short, and I still had to follow up with another question.

The food was fine overall, but waiting so long for lunch was annoying. The staff were nice and friendly, which helped a bit, but I still left feeling a little disappointed because the service was just too slow
